Change Special Block Name

Hi, I searched through th eforums and couldn't find it.  Could someone tell me how to change the title of a special block.  for instance from "Featured Members" to Featured Profiles".

In the Admin you can go to language settings and change the String of the box you want renamed.  Make sure to only change the String not the language key.

Sounds like good information i to would like tis change on my site also but where do i edit the String??

Thank you!  I thought that was it, but it was in lowercase and I didn't want to mess it up.
