Change name of menu

In menu builder, I want to change the menu name of "SITES" to "RESOURCES".  The "system name" will change but the default name will not change.   Is there anyway to permanently change the name?

I am also having a hard time with this one. Trying to change the ads one to Personals???? but no luck. Does anyone know if I can change this when I pay for the full license?

Have you tried Editing the language strings in Settings->Language Settings.  Search for 'sites' and hit the apply checkbox.  Edit the _Sites (System) Key.

It's probably the same thing for Ads.
