Change organize title

How do i change the 'organize' title?  http://mysite.com/m/photos/albums/my/organize/ 

I want to put an instruction to pull the picture to the front for profile picture but I can't find a block for it. So where might this title be placed?

/administration/lang_file.php?filter=organize

i have no idea what that means?
