Change the word "Sex:" on profile page

Is this possible? How do I do it?

In admin Panel, slect language settings and search in strings for sex, select the line that says _FieldCaption_Sex_Jo... click on edit and then change to what you want the title to be...  recompile languages and the change should be made.
