Changing Country to County

I want to change the country drop down menu to a county drop down menu. I just want to make my site for UK counties not global. How do i change this ?

Any help would be great..

admin > settings > predefined values

either add a new list (probably best) or edit old one

you will also need to include new list in profile

admin > builders > profile fields

make sure you change it for all membership levels
