Changing columns on Homepage

I want to create 3 columns on my Homepage but when I do this from the Administration panel the columns are all the same size.  I want to created different sized columns.  Can somebody assist me on how to do this in Dolphin 7.

Yes. Just drag the sliders to resize the columns.
