Changing content pages

Admin Panel -> Settings -> Language Settings -> Search for strings -> Look for

Are the instructions I see but i have no Search for strings or look for

and keys are empty  

am i looking in the wrong spot ?

Administration -> Settings -> Language Settings -> Put what you want to find in "filter" -> Check "apply"

This will pull up all the strings that match what you search for. Then you can edit them.
