Changing registered domain for Ad-free?

How do I change the domain on my ad-free license?  After install I get a page before I enter the admin area that asks for my regisration code.  When I enter my code, the page just reloads.

What do I need to do to change the registered domain of my dolphin ad-free license?

did you have it installed on another domain? not real clear on what has gone on here, could you provide more details, so we are positioned to offer an quality answer?

Try clearing your browser cache and try it again  ..... 

Try different browsers  .....  No browser is consistent across the entire installation  .....

I originally installed this ad-free license on one domain.  I then had problems with that domain, deleted dolphin, and wanted to move the license free option to another dolphin install at another domain.

I used the ad-free license in the 'my licenses' section, plugged it into the control planel of my new dolphon install, and it's telling me that dolphin is unlicensed.

Help?

Just followig up on this...

I sent support an email a while back and still no reply.

Support don`t work with licenses at all, and it always overloaded with support emails. Use marketing@boonex.com instead, Lubov` (our marketing) only works with licenses, and can transfer domain.
