Changing the domain name on my license

Is this possible? I have tried looking on the site here and I am not finding any way to change the domain name for my license?

You can reset the domain from your account. There will be a reset link under the license code.

They are blocked for security reasons. It's silly that this also applies to administrators. You need to enter the code from the database.
