Changing times on-site

My server is based in the States, whilst my website is UK based.

My site however is bringing up the server times and I was wondering if there was anywhere an offset could be added so that the site comes up with GMT as opposed to EST (about -5 hours)

Many thanks

Regards

get with your host. there is a hack that can be done on the server to make the clock global, so that while your site is in the UK and you could have users from a global position, and a correct time reflection.
