Back around the first of October the messenger started acting up. It stopped sending the chat request to the recipient.We uninstalled it as a last resort and tried to reinstall. We get an error claiming it's not compatible with our version of Dolphin which is 7.0.7. This makes no sense since it came with the dolphin software and worked previously for a few weeks.
Now yesterday we were holding a video chat for our members to help them with navigation and any other issues they might be having with our site and AV chat froze up in the middle of it.
We tried everything for hours to get it working again and failed. We contacted our tech support at the server and asked for their help. They spent the night on it and it will at least open and load now. Unfortunately it doesn't show users in chat and we can't type a message.
The tech guy says it's a scripting error, that's all.
We have RMS installed on our server and have exhausted our limited knowledge of PHP.
