Chat comes up with "user authentication failed"

The IM chat feature, when I click on a friend to chat with I get the error

"user authentication failed"

any ideas on why this might be happening? Maybe something not set up correctly?

Yea, I just set up v7 and Im getting the same error.  Anyone?

You need to setup a RMS server wich is a Ray Media Server. Most hosting Providers have a Public RMS. In my Case i use Arivex and they set it up in less then 2 min and my video chat and im all work excellent. Once you get the server information you need to go to admin panel and then to modules and then to flash apps. Click settings and enter in the RMS host Ip, And ports that your host provider sends to you and then boom its finished.

Oh yeah almost forgot this is also needed when you want to stream your video to the server from a webcam and most of the other active media stuff.
