Chat fails to load

Running 7.2.1 upgraded over the years with each new release starting from 6.X

The chat system fails to load now after 7.2.1 upgrade.  I get the page loading animation but nothing happens.

Anyone knows a fix?

There is no changes in chat in 7.2.1.

If you are using media server - try to restart it.

Thanks Alex. I requested a restart of the RMS will report back if that fixes the problem.
