Chat hiccup?

When I first got Dolphin i had it on Arvixe, after they went out multiple times a day and members complained i moved over to hostgator, couldnt be happier except they dont have RMS.  Which is cool I can get that with someone else.  However my chat is acting up pretty badly without it.  Examples are when multiple members are in at the same time it will tell everyone else that a member left, but when you refresh they are still there.  If ur the only one refreshing you look crazy because to everyone else it seems like you are talking to yourself because they cant see that other member.  If this was an every once in awhile thing it wouldnt be a big deal but its now doing it many times within a few minutes.  Any ideas why?

I used to see this kind of behavior all the time until the last update to RMS, and since I've had no issues.  However your saying your experiencing this issue with RMS disabled?  That's new to me.  Could you share some more of the environment specs for this issue?  IE: Are there any obvious patterns as to when this happens more often?  Can you confirm your running chat with RMS disabled completely?  What version of Dolphin are you running?

Only real pattern im finding is when im doing something else on the site like posting in the forum or playing games.  Yea RMS is completely disabled.  And 7.0.7

Like i said it worked fine with RMS.  But now its a headache. Im unemployed at the moment, otherwise i'd have RMS back with someone.
