First issue, when one member tries to video chat with another member, the reciving member recieves no notice. the only way for the two to chat is for the reciving member to know a video chat was sent and press the video chat button on the sending members profile.
Second issue, different membership levels. Promo members cannot chat at all, this is disabled; standard members can use all chats. When a standard member views a promo members profile and hits chat or types chat the program loads as if a regular chat session began. There is no notification to the standard member that the promo member cannot have chat. This leads to instances where the standard member is left in the chat room waiting for the other to accept not knowing they cannot accept.
