Chat moderators

I'm trying to figure out the Chat module.

How do I add/manage chat moderators?

Have the member login to the chatroom. You (as admin) login your admin panel>modules>flash apps> click the + sign next to A/V Chat and click Admin. That will log you into the Admin Chat area. Just right click that member's name and choose Moderator.
