Chat not working

No one can get into the chat

The spinner will spin for hours

Is there another setting to make it work?

Are you using an RMS service?

The host, best one I have ever had, fixed that.

I just had a few mods installed and not sure if its related or not but my chat just keeps spinning now and wont load:)

I wonder what zarconia did and maybe i should contact them also.

The issue was unrelated to our RMS server. If you're hosted with us and have RMS issues (and are using our RMS servers), please do contact us.

Edit: If you're hosted with us via a BoonEx subscription, you'll need to use Intercom (the chat) for support. We're unable to support subscriptions from our client area, due to how they work.
