Chat will not open for guest

For some reason the chat will not open for guest visiting the site.

I have checked all the settings and such and cannot find anything that would cause it to not open for guest.

Chat loads fine for members and the admin chat window in admin.

Well it appears I fixed it. I hit the "All" link to clear the cache and now it loads for visitors.
