Chatroom Not Loading

Hi all, im using plesk 9.3.0 and my chat system dosnt want to load up correctly, nor do discussions, any ideas what i can do?

i cant upgrade to version 7.0 due to restrictions on the system

I doubt Plesk has anything to do with this, but your system configuration and possible file/directory permissions. Ensure that your PHP configuration corresponds with Dolphin's requirements (notably the requirement for allow_url_fopen to be enabled). Also ensure that your file and directory permissions are not incorrect, as some system configurations may call for permission settings other than those recommended for the script.
