Cleaning out my closet

Hey everyone. Ive been fortunate to receive help from many of you. It is much appreciated. Ive been slowly learning how do things, but like anything, it takes time. Now I have another question... Over time, I have been a tard and created several "test" accounts to try things, but Ive deleted them because I couldnt figure out how in the world to get to my files. (Finally, the question) Is it possible to go through the files and delete all of the "Tard Files"? lol What I mean is... I see folders named different ways from the past test accounts and Id like to just clean up the files. Thanks in advance, Chris from Snatfu
