Right on the front page of the admin panel as soon as you enter. There is a cache there and options to Clean All. You can also do this manually via FTP by clearing the /cache (except for .htaccess file) and /public_cache directories.

Under the Dashboard you "should" have You, Users, Dolphin 7.0, My Mails, Cache, and Premium Membership. Click the Admin Home button at the very top just to make sure you are on the right page.

MY GIVE UP.

Someone else will have to come up with some idea. Those cache items should be there, and your license should not be expiring in 10 days. Something is wrong, but i just don't know what it is.

Is your D7 site using the same domain as your d6 site? If not then you will need to get a new ID, or reset the old one.

Hi,

I can remember as i ran two different dating sites using dolphin, but in  my account it says unregistered so i cant tell.

One read free the other unlimited 2 different licenses.

Go into admin, advanced settings then variables. Your current key will be there. Remove it.

Then log out.

Go back in using the administrator url.

http://www.yousite.com/administration

When you log in, it should prompt you for your new license.

Log in using the administration url

http://www.yousite.com/administration

It should prompt for a license key.

NOTE: Do not log on as admin from the default page and go to admin from there. It will not prompt for the license going it from the main page. Use the admin url.

Should work. It looks like you renamed the administration folder to admin or if you had someone else install it, then they did. Which should not have been done.

In D6 the folder name was admin. For D7 it was changed to administration.

But anyhow.

Then log into admin the way you normally do.

Go to advanced settings and then to Variable.

Put your key in where it says Dolphin License Code

Click save at the bottom.

Also. Is it the latest version of Dolphin 7? or one of the eariler RC versions.

Also renaming the administration folder to admin was a bad move. It will cause problems when you go to update the site to the next version. It may even be the cause of some of the current problems. I cannot be sure.

Anyway. If entering the license key from the variables section does not work. Then i will have to call it quits.

The admin/administration difference on your site differs it from a normal D7 install.

So i cannot continue to assist as it appears the default install has been modified.

Again. That is also not normal.

If i were you because your site does not yet seem to have any members, i would scrap it. Delete everthing and reinstall from a copy downloaded directly from this boonex website.

There are to many things that are not normal with your site.
