Clear out all the Dating meta junk

I am try to SEO my site and Google adwords keyword tool returns all kinds of online dating junk. My site is for Parents.

I just added about 20 keyword meta tags that might take awhile to show up. What can I do? I am a novice at SEO and I am uncomfortable fooling around too much with the site code. Please help.
