When clicking on the Unapproved Users from the admin panel, I am taken to all users.
From All users, there is not an option to select just unapproved members.
Any ideas on this?

Yes, I also see it does not bring up just the unconfirmed members. You can click on Unconfirmed on top in admin-->members, that will show just unconfirmed members. |
