1st allow me to say if you buy the templates from Cogzidel for D7 the forum will not work. But I will explain the fix as you read on.
Before I bought my template i contacted sales support in the very early hours of the morning thought the im feature on Cogzidel website. Here is how that convo went......

cole: so are you saying the forum works for D7?

Bharath : Yes it works.
cole: also why does your american phone number go to a conference call and not to an office?

11 minutes is how long it took from hello to good bye.... So i bought the template, installed it according to the instructions given, i got to reconcile the lang in the forum and bam ...i get

Here is how I fixed it and here is the problem...
The template doesnt have all the files in the Forum/XSL folder as some are missing . So I replaced them all with files from a working template. They seem to be standard files as i have compared a few templates. When I replaced all the files with the new ones everything worked fine. And i was happy! .. lol
