Collective "Wall" feed

Can we get something, some kind of mod or plugin we can purchase, where it will show your friends and your status updates and wall activity on a single wall, something I can put in account or homepage? It would be something that shows your friend's "wall" activity and your own, with number of replies... this would be so helpful!
