Color of Member Bar

Ok, so can someone please tell me where I can change the color of the member bar (along the bottom) to something else other than that dull light grey?

i know when i was looking for it a went true all the css files couldn't find it

How about changing the font color of the member bar and maybe add a color to the outline of the dropdown?  I assume its in a CSS somewhere.

Anyone?
