Compile Groups Language?

I just tried to test out my groups features and found that when I went to create a new topic in groups it has the same problem like Orca did before I compiled it. It shows the following.

Are your running unlicensed...? I found that I was having this issue until I entered and registered my licenses.

Oh sorry, no I'm running 6.1 ad free with my licenses intact.

Try going to www.yourdomain.com/groups/orca and complie from there.
