Compose A New Message Problem

I can't send any message.When I hit the send button, nothing happens.How to fix it?

Is this on Unity, or Dolphin?

In dolphin, i upgrade to 7.0.7 and still nothing.

You say still nothing, Was this problem happening before you upgraded to 7.0.7?

I have this problem from the beginning,the send button doesn't work.I was thinking the upgrade will fix it.

Is it just the compose or other functionality as well? I have seen this problem because of javascripts. Also, this affected other functions as well.

Only the compose,the "Send" button don't work, when I want to compose a new message to other members.

Any help?

It's possible there's an open_basedir restriction as well (as hinted by the error message). I recommend you send your hosting provider the list of minimum requirements and make sure they fully support this script.

Try disabling cache and compression from Administration > Settings > Advanced Settings > Template.

I want to remove the TinyMCE when composing a new message, can someone advise me  on how to remove it please.
