Compose Mail...Recipient only friends?

Hi,

Is there a way to have the compose mail recipient be ONLY friends?  I would also like the recipient field to be a "selection" list of JUST those friends (no auto complete or the ability to type any nickname).  This will also help with spelling mistakes and be quicker for members.
