i'm using Dolphin7.3 in a shared server ( Tdmhosting) with the next php configuration. I have some problems with the Entry Processes, Is the php configuration correct?

My problem is that sometimes the number of inbound processes over 30 and block the hosting. I've uninstalled modules as shoutbox , all chats, etc but still happening . |
Isn't this more of a web server problem instead of a PHP problem? |
