Confirmation email is not sent

I have changed my page on www.singelbox.de to www.treff2day.de and the same license from $ 99 to $ 499. But now I get the user to re-register any more confirmation mail. Where is das. ran no error message comes. Nothing just happens. No mail no error message and I've been looking all black and green.

Go to Admin Panel>>Settings>>Moderation Settings, and make sure there is NOT a tick on  

If after that, still it's in not working, make sure that the module "SMTP Mailer" is configured to work correctly, you can also make sending tests from that page to check if it's working or not.
