CoolIiris not loading?

So when I am looking at my members profiles or even my the cooliris app is not coming up when I am logged in. But when I am not logged in it works.

So this is weird...

When I go to admin...modules....photos..settings and disable Rss Feeds the Cooliris stops working...when I re-enable rss feeds the cooliris continues to work both when I am logged in and logged out...
