Costs Is this true

If I get a 1 year Dolphin license for $99.00 USD and a Business hosting account from Arvixe for $22.00 USD per month, plus my domain name registery $9.95 for a year, is that all I will have to spend to get my community forum with video chat started? It seems very reasonable, I am waiting for some huge $$$ thing to clobber me ;-)

I am running a Mac OS X with a cable modem internet connection locally. As long as Arvixe is hosting the server side, the $22.00 per month business account, will I be able to run the video chat module and forums? Are there any issues with me being on a Mac at home and being able to create and run my site with Dolphin 6.?
