Create a new file

is it possible to create a new file like join.php?

If so, can I do it with the admin tool or do I have to create the file by myself?

It will be more easy and simple to create file "manually".

Do you want the page to function like the join.php page or something else?  Mrpowless offers many tutorials on integrating new pages into Dolphin, making friendly url's for them and so on.  Might be worth a look and save you quite a bit of time.
