Creating Membership Levels

We are trying to set membership levels on our site and we were able to set up a test membership level but can not figure out how to block access for that level of membership to certain areas of the site...is this possible to do and if so how do we do it.

Unfortunately, that is pretty limited.  You can control access to many features here - blogs, forums, etc, but things like pages or blocks it tougher.    One of the members here helped me develop a mod to control access to a block:  http://www.boonex.com/unity/forums/?action=goto&search=1#topic/Premium-members-content-area-fishing-for-ideas.htm - there is also a mod now in the markets section - by Anton I think, that provides much more control.  I had hoped this would be part of the product but your best option might be to buy that.  Good luck.

SkyForum:  We are trying to block standard members from accessing adding sites, ads and the store...do you know how to do this?

You can set all that in membership permissions in the settings menu. Just click on the 'standard' member link and it will open up the permissions selections
