First, be aware that my site is an adult site with adult content.
So far I have run OzTaboo as a free site but I'm going to start charging members $20 a year for access to the photos. I'm not sure how to change things from a Free status to a Paid status. What I've done so far is gone into Settings > Membership Levels > Manage Membership Types > and I have created a category called 'Premium'.
Premium is "Active" yet I can't seem to make it work. I have the opportunity to change things from 'Free' to 'Promotion' but that switches the Messenger (My Presence) off for everyone, including people who have paid and who are (for the time being) Promotion members.
I need everything to work for the Premium members, and virually everything switched off for standard members.
