Cron Deamon

This is the message i got from Cron Deamon :

Could not open input file: /home/localhost/www/d611/periodic/notifies.php

What would be the problem ?

What permissions has this file?

when i did go to check the periodic folder(permission 755) , i find only one file there is cron.php and ithe permission for it is 644 and nothing else in the perdiodic folder !!!
