Cron Job/ Mass mailer

Hi,

I want to know how mass mailer works?. It says 20 mails are in queue but  i dont know when it will reach users. I read in previous threads and found that we need to set up cron jobs.Please let me know how to see the cron jobs and how to set up that?

I am having the same issue. I have been searching this site and can't find anything. I am getting ready to e-mail boonex to see where this information is found. If you find out please let me know what the cron job should be. Thanks
