For those like myself who know nothing about cron jobs and neglected to follow the instuctions at install.
You can find your cron jobs settings in Dolph/periodic/periodic.file (open with notepad)
I logged into my hosting account and found the Cron jobs tab, added the email address, add cron job, then simply pasted each of the jobs into the script/path box.
Hope this helps as i found nothing on the forum.
