Cron error - HELP

Can someone help me understand this?

I'm constantly receiving this error in my email and I don't know what to do...if anything!

Have you modified any other files recently?

I did play around with a couple of mods but nothing worked and then I had some trouble with the background color on the "View Video" page... somehow it was black which I did not want and I was able to change it back after a few tries.  Everything looked normal!
