Cron troubles Please Help!!

I have checked, all my setting are correct, my host has check, I even had some great help by one of the unity members, he said it looked good, but yet I get 2 emails for every minute of the day, I have two sites.  It never ends the same two emails for every minute, all day, all night. Can anyone tell me what is wrong, or is this what I am going to get forever?

I had something like that happening to me when I was setting up my site. Turned out that i had php.ini in the public_html folder and a php.ini file in the parent folder that I could not see unless shelled into the server. I had to change the parent folder's php.ini to fix it and remove the php.ini from the public_html folder...
