Cupid match

Could someone explain what the best way to set this up?  I got guys receiving emails matching them with other guys.  Not that there is anything wrong with that, but they are kinda wanting to be matched with women.

It seems fairly broken to me.

Everyone who registered but didn't fully fill out there profile got a match email instantly when the next person registered.
