Customise CSS Help

Hi and good day folks

am trying to edit the float windows ( info and warn ), the ones u get when u go to edit ur profile or register with the site, hovering over the i for info floats a little info text.

any ideas on how to edit the background color or the text color, i cant seem to change it with the css.

silly thing is the float is a lightish yellow and the text is white so cant really see it.

line is as follows:

img class="info" alt="info" src="http://www.######.com/templates/tmpl/images/icons/info.gif" float_info="Your hobbies"

thanks in advance for any suggestions or help

Had the same issue:

Locate

/templates/base/css/forms_adv.css

and look for

#float_info {
    background-color:

Depending on your template the base may have been overridden by the the same file name in the template css folder but in my case, changing it at the base css worked.

Also this only changes the background color which in my case is all I wanted to do because my template turned all my text white but the designer did not account for the tooltips background being white so it made the text unreadable. Had the same issue with the privacy popups settings in profiles but I located that fix in another file.

Also for this fix you will need to clear the cache of Dolphin from the admin area AND clear your browser's cache in order for the change to be shown. If you forget to clear your browser's cache you will think it did not take.

Cheers
