D 7.9 - "contact us" form is not working

Hello,

  I tried it before, but no answer.  Maybe I have more luck this time.
  The "Contact Us" form is not working in my site.  After click on Send.  I got no result.  Just my template with a Page Not found.

   Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

I want to register here my appreciation with Prashank25 that came to help me with the Contact.php that was not working in my site. He is very polite and helped me during his weekend time. Prashank, thank you. Really great job and nice guy.
