Ok so I've started to edit my D7 installation so that the "Welcome to" white banner is not displayed on the website.
I've made unusable lines #62 to #136 in the index.css file and it works sorta ...
When people are NOT logged in I see the following :

Is there a place where I can disable the login in the rotator page module and only have it in on the mainpage (set by the pagebuilder/homepage option if i recall correctly)
Also, I would like to get rid of the "Welcome To ..." text and the image of the user
