D7 DB ERROR

I have been getting this Data Base Error sent to my email like 2 or 3 times a day. some days I wont get it at all and others i get it even more. My chat room doesnt work at all for anyone (admin, guest, members) and I really need this feature in a big way. I want to do a fresh install as this one was done with a 6.16 migration from what i feel was a bad 6.16 db. I dont want to loose all my d7 community members or any of thier blogs or pictures. Any Advice? here is part of the error

well i will attempt this solo, so here is my first steps. I will back up my d7 db and restore it on another server. This way i can export just the files i need. Backing up the site is too big so i will look for all the picuturs my members have uploaded and save them. wipe the my host space clean and do a fresh install without a migration. Now all that is simple enough. Based on my errors if i import old data there is a chance all I am doing is recreating the problem i have to begin with. This would mean I would need a fresh install with a fresh db and having to email all my site members to rejoin the site. I only have about 120 or so members, but it does kill my brand with them and word of mouth means i am mudd. Most cmpanies just change the name of the brand. If I tried that I would have to pay for a new Lic for boonex. Before clean out everything does anyone have any suggestins? I would like to here them as it seems i have a unique situation. thanks
