D7 Install help

I have tried to install dolphin 7 a few times and I keep getting the following error.

Everything seems to be ok up to this point

any help would be greatly appreciated

Just ignore the error and continue with your install, once the DB is written the error will go away.  (Basically, when you provide the information it asks for in the boxes below it).  Seen this many times in the past and it's never an issue.

There are no boxes below it. It happens right after  Permission reversal, net step is Modules , It doesn't get to the modules part

He meant when you get to the permission reversal, just click SKIP and continue on..
