D7 Store

I am assuming that the D7 store is not suitable for anything other than software products? For example I cannot sell anything physical like clothing, books, computer hardware etc. Just software files that can be down loaded. Correct? Sure enough I can put a picture and description of clothing, books etc. However there is no way to set a price for these thing and there does not seem to be a way of purchasing them from the store as you cannot add them to the cart. Unless I am going wrong some where.
