D7 development sucked big way

Im really surprised in negative meaning by way how development stucked/freezed - development of  7.1 is that slow that I can hardlyimagine it will be finished util end of this year - with that slow progress it looks like most likely its gonna be in 2013 or something like that. Bonnex why you become that slow - progress with bugfixes is close to zero

Something tells me they have a private repository where they do the bulk of the work for major versions. I don't think development should take longer than two-three months at most.

Yes your right! Now AntonL and AlexT make major changes in dolphin core code

I like the three month time frame also, and each release should include all the improvements and fixes identified by this community in the previous three months.  There are common sense fixes that people have come up with here that we have to reinstall with each version of Dolphin - it is a huge waste of effort.

I wonder how many modules and templates, I'll have to buy all over.
