Dasiable the cache completely - HOW ???

We have a dedicated server on which we'll be implementing compression options for D7. In the meantime I'd like to disable the D7 cache function completely as it is a total pain in the butt when working with several css files, the page builder, and so on over a prolonged period of time. Is there an easy way to enable/disable the cache function? How so? Thanks to anyone who can explain this.

Admin->Settings->Advanced settings->templates.

Turn off all caching options there.

This turns off most caching. At least the ones that cause the most aggravation. But dolphin still caches a few things for internal use and cannot be shut off.
